We want to thank you for your interest in our ministry. Being in youth ministry for over 20 years has increased our passion and desire to see students come to know Jesus as their Savior. This new step in our Life as Youth Alive Missionaries has excited and fueled this desire to reach a generation for Christ.
What we are about!!
Jody & Wendy Dyess are passionate and completely committed to a broken and lost generation of students. These Youth Alive Missionaries of Louisiana and Mississippi are viewed as “youth culture” experts. Their more than 20 years of student ministry experience all across Mississippi has been met with success and excellence. Jody is seen by many as a leading voice towards student evangelism strategies. They are viewed by both the church and secular world as highly influential and top- level leaders to the public school campus. Jodyʼs straight- forward presentations, intense heart, humor, and media driven messages have resulted in many students coming to know the Lord as Savior.
The entire Dyess family work as a team to help discover, develop, and deploy students on the public school campus. Jody believes that the public school campus is one of the largest mission fields in America that must receive a clear and creative presentation of the Gospel. The Dyessʼ personal motto is, “every student, every campus,” should know about Jesus. They travel extensively training Pastors, Youth Leaders and students on how to effectively reach their public schools for Christ. Jody is committed to recruiting and deploying student Campus Missionaries on every campus in Louisiana and Mississippi. Jody feels an overwhelming call to unsaved students and speaks with urgency and divine anointing.
